About Us

Wicked Cheesy Pizza Inc. was founded by husband and wife, Brian and Stephanie Schofield. We bring over 35 years of combined restaurant experience and degrees from University of Massachusetts and North Shore Culinary respectively. On September 14, 2006 we ventured on our own to open up “Wicked Cheesy” pizza restaurant, specializing in Italian style pizza, home-made wraps, delicious Tip sandwiches, and an entertaining and tasty menu. Located in Tewksbury, the restaurant holds over 26 seats and has a Nintendo Wii Game center for children of all ages. We invite you to have a pizza at the restaurant while you watch your favorite team or take advantage of our fast and friendly delivery service.

Our food is only made up of the freshest and finest ingredients. Our dough is made daily at the restaurant. Fresh chicken cutlets, marinated steak tips, home-made cookies and brownies are a few items that you will crave. The menu is comprised of names of local landmarks and celebrities. Venture through the menu and you will find pizzas like “Where’s Whitey” named after James “Whitey” Bulger and our “Big Papi #34,” which is a popular sandwich that challenges the heaviest of eaters.

Wicked Cheesy is also very involved in the community. As you glance around the restaurant be sure to read about our involvement in charities, local schools, fundraisers and youth sports organizations. In 2008, Wicked Cheesy collaborated with the Dewing Elementary School on the Dewing School Read-a-Thon. Wicked Cheesy rewarded each student and their family to a Free cheese pizza and sodas for the completion of this challenge. In 2009, we helped Tewksbury Youth Soccer raise over $2,000 in the Mass Cup Tournament in Tewksbury. Some of our most supported groups and organizations include:  TMHS Basketball, TMHS Volleyball, Youth Hockey, Youth Soccer, Trahan School, Dewing School, Ryan School, Girls Scouts, Tewksbury Girls Softball, Dana Farber Jimmy Fund, Medford High and Elementary Schools, St. Williams, Joshua Zawacki Scholarship Fund, TMHS & Shawsheen Tech All Night Graduation and many others that we are privileged to help and support.

We would like to take the time to thank all of our friends, families, employees, and all of our customers that continue to help and support us. Without you, Wicked Cheesy would not be where it is today. The restaurant is dedicated to the late Sandra M. Schofield and Dorothy Teixeira. On August 12, 2008, we welcomed our youngest employee and son, Brady C. Schofield (he is negotiating his contract to join our team).

We hope you enjoy our great food, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. As we are becoming more popular each year, we promise to continue to put out the same fresh home-made food and always something a little different than your average pizza shop.
